  1. Wonderful understanding of the scripture. I love your conclusion. “As long as we don’t let natural reasoning overrun God’s wisdom, we will see him as he really is, and we will know even as we are known.” It is so encouraging to me as you allow Christ to unfold his word in you. Your website is a continuous blessing. Thank you.

  2. The first time I tried to send this comment, it said it failed to post. So I hope you don’t get it twice. I agree with what you have shared in your video and believe that 1 Corinthians 12 supports what you have stated. You shared in your video that the Corinthian’s were siding up with human teachers. And as you said, “There is no need for us to compete with each other. I just do what God has called Louie to do.” Unfortunately, many believers today predominately follow after a favored teacher. In doing that, we deprived ourselves of the riches of God’s grace through others. However, so that we will not be tossed to and fro with every wind of doctrine, I believe the Holy Spirit leads us to those who will be instrumental in helping us in our understanding of who we are in Christ. It is important for us to keep in mind that we are the body of Christ and God has set each member in the body as it has pleased him (1Cor 12:18). In God’s sight no one is more important than the other (1 Cor 12:14-27). The Holy Spirit works differently through each of us and the goal of the gospel of Jesus Christ is that we all come to the unity of faith of who we are in Christ. Ephesians 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. We become that complete, perfect man when Christ is our life. And the knowledge of who we are in Christ only comes through the increase of God.
